Criminal charges, probably not. Without physically being there armed with a deadly weapon, you can throw out the "inciting a riot" charge and would be a highly contested stretch to get lesser charges to stick.
Notice how no criminal charges were pursued on Bill Clinton after the election, notice how no criminal charges were pursued on Ukraine with Trump, this will take the same path. As soon as all the political juice is squeezed out of the turnip, you won't hear anything about it until late 2023 if Trump's old ass decides to run again.
