I thought I noticed it in another battle earlier in the evening, but watched more closely this time.

It's probably the crit counter from Chrono not being treated as a normal attack and therefore not triggering Dual. Either way, it should be fixed.

I think everyone got laid off so no one may be left to fix it.

nah, we will get some more updates the week after Black Friday 2016

Note, it may have been tied to the weapon I was using. I would like to go back to that weapon one day, but not at the expense of losing my soul power.

Worth noting, I have still not heard from support.
