just transcended a bunch of guys back to lvl 1 but they are not showing the Pro license. they should have free Pro license till lvl 10 right?

now these 2 guys already had a Pro license purchased, so they are showing correctly

wait, you are supposed to get the first 10 levels free on a transcended player. I paid for it. I demand restitution. At least that is the way I remember it.
