I did mine on an absolute scale.

I encourage everyone to use whatever scale they please. Whether it's personal, international, martian or otherwise.

Anyone can write in Commander and I will add him in. I've listed the people who vote in my excel file so that there are no doublevotes, and you can go back and edit your picks and add people who were forgotten. Anyways I'll update OP in a minute with some numbers.
